When you use our Contact form or Booking request form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number (booking requests only), event location (city and state), preferred event date, type of occasion, number of guests, and any message or details you choose to share.

Like most websites, the services that deliver this site also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and this site does not set cookies to track you. Because we do not track you, our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

This site does not collect payment card information. If you pay a booking deposit, you do so on a separate, secure Square payment page.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you and to plan and confirm your event. That includes contacting you by email, phone call, or text message about your request and sending you a link to pay a booking deposit. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes and for our ordinary business records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails or text messages unless you ask us to.

Who helps us handle it

To run this website and receive your requests, we rely on a few service providers, who see your information only as needed to do their job:

• FormSubmit delivers what you submit in our forms to our email. Privacy policy

We may also share information if the law requires it. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or ID numbers, through our forms.

This website also links to our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Etsy pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than the law requires. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Bookings should be made by an adult.
